I started making these Sunday mornings at a very young age - they were the perfect after dinner pie in the summer!
Cherry Cheese Pie
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 C Realemon juice concentrate
1 tsp vanilla concentrate
1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling, chilled
In large bowl, beat cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in Realemon and Vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or till set. Top with cherry pie filling before serving!
